Refund Policy

We have a strict no refund, no exchange policy. Products are only liable for exchange if there is a defect or damage from our end. The customer must reach out to us within 2 days of receiving the product. Products purchased on reduced prices will not be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final. If the customer decides to return a product, we will not be able to refund the amount and will only be able to issue a credit not for upto 6 months from date of purchase. The credit note is non transferrable. Credit note period will not be extended under any circumstance. Credit notes can only be used at our store or on orders placed with our physical store over call/whatsapp unless stated otherwise.
